Meditation for Hallyu Fans Seollyeohwa ("Flower of Light") Meditation with English subtitle

Since ancient times, people have pondered themselves, nature, and God. To find answers, many devoted their lives to meditation. When meditation took them to the deepest depths of the universe and of the human mind, of the human mind, they discovered a radiant swirl of light. Peering into this realm with one mind, they declared their profound discovery “The radiant light in the heart of the universe is really a single flower! Those who saw this flower of light were called immortals, buddhas, sages, or kings.

Those who saw this flower of light were called immortals, buddhas, sages, or kings

10,000 years ago, the name of Hwanguk signified the Land of Light.” The name of its ruler, Hwanin, meant “the Source of Light.” And Hwanhwa was the name for “the Flower of Light.” Hwanguk’s flower of light culture became the root culture of both the East and West and was passed down to Baedal, Dangun Joseon, Bukbuyeo, Goguryeo, and Baekje. Notably, the Hwarang of the Silla Dynasty were among the renowned figures who received the flower of light.

Today, we can receive the flower of light from the heart of the universe to transform our dark and sickened body into a body of light. We can embrace the ancient immortality meditation to achieve self-healing and ageless longevity. This meditation is vital because we are filled with darkness that sickens and ages our mind and body. By filling our body with light, we can cleanse the energy pathways inside ourselves and strengthen our self-healing system to achieve ideal health.

Meditation for building an immortal body

Unfortunately, today’s humanity is trapped in utter darkness. Drowning in the materialistic pursuit of riches, the modern world has forgotten the flower of light culture and immortality meditation for attaining ageless longevity. For the past  years, Ahn Gyeong-jeon, the Supreme Master of Dao, has journeyed across the globe to recover the lost flower of light culture from humanity’s golden age. Through books, events, and Sangsaeng Television Broadcasting, he is spreading the flower of light meditation to the world. The self-healing meditation for attaining ageless longevity from ancient times is now available to anyone in the world. We invite you to experience the realm of light!

Ahn Gyeong-jeon, the Supreme Master of Jeung San Do

Good afternoon. Thank you. Today is a very special day. It is a historic day. For the Korean people, today is the day of discovering a lost culture. For the world’s people, it is the day of recovering the archetypal culture of humanity’s golden age. Initially, today’s festival was intended to be a celebration of the National Foundation Day of Korea held in October. Traditionally, the lunar October has been viewed as an auspicious month. It’s the biggest festival month. The National Foundation Day of Korea in October holds important meanings. For instance, it’s the month that contains the nation’s founding day. In ancient days, kings celebrated this day with their people. Secondly, thanking the bounties of the year, five grains are offered to heaven and earth on this day. It is Korean Thanksgiving Day. Thirdly, a secret ritual was held on this day since, years ago. On this day, the monarch received a flower of light and reflected on this meaning. He then transmitted the flower of light and related teachings to his people. The people listened to the wise teachings of their king, who taught Cheonbugyeong(“The Scripture of Heavenly Code”)—humanity’s first scripture that was the origin of many learnings. Afterwards, people drank, danced, and celebrated as one.

Cheonbugyeong(The Scripture of Heavenly Code), humanity's first scripture

Notably, the eras of Hwanguk, Baedal, and Dangun Joseon represented the golden age, when all of humanity shared the culture of light. Baedal signifies the bright land of the East. In my youth, people often referred to themselves as descendants of Baedal with a 5,000-year history. The founder of Baedal was Emperor Keobalhwan Hwanung. At age twelve, I first learned about him through a small scripture. All the language seemed very strange back then. 'Keo-bal-hwan' is the realm of creation-transformation of the vast, eternal, and radiant universe. We will enter this realm today.

The eras of Hwanguk, Baedal, and Dangun Joseon represented the golden age.

Now, when we experience spiritually, entering the deep realm of the universe, what awaits us there? What is the eternal appearance of the universe that awaits us? This is the same as humankind’s original appearance. The ulimate goal of awakening is enlightenment. After 13.8 billion years of cosmic evolution, we are about to receive the flower of cosmic light. It is a mysterious flower symbolizing enlightenment and eternal life. Some call it the ultimate heaven, while others refer to it as the flower of Buddhahood.

If you possess profound awareness and spiritual awakening, you can receive this eternal flower of cosmic light. Afterwards, you can plant it inside your body. each of you can embark on a journey to reach the wondrous realm of cosmic light. During each stage of meditation, the flower transforms, guiding you to the universe’s ultimate realm of light. Through meditation, let’s experience the realm of light to deepen our awareness about the flower of light. Let us each receive this flower and plant it inside our body.

During each stage of meditation, the flower transforms, guiding you to the universe's ultimate realm of light.

A true awakening entails the recovery of humanity’s archetypal culture that began 10,000 years ago—a golden age during which people lived for 500 to 1,000 years. This is humanity’s original culture, but today’s humanity has lost this culture. This original culture was based on the origin of the universe, which is light. In other words, the universe itself is light. From the countless stars and galaxies to our planet Earth, all existence, and even a grain of sand—everything is essentially light. There were words that spoke of the original realm of light. But humanity lost these words.

From the countless stars and galaxies to our planet Earth, all existence, and even a grain of sand-everything is essentially light.

According to Grandmother Mago, the universe originated from a divine source of light known as the realm of mangnyang. ‘Mangnyang’ was for original word for ‘God.’ Mangnyang signifies boundless and eternal light. Originally, this word was a verb that meant “illuminating boundless and eternal light.” But over the ages, the word became a noun that described the divine being. We've lost the word Mangnyang. Grandmother Mago revealed that the Mangnyang is not just one but three supreme beings Holy Spirit of Great Emptiness, the source of light; Holy Spirit of Great Radiance, the source of time; Holy Spirit of Great Holiness, the source of space.

Mangnyang is not just one but three supreme beings Holy Spirit of Great Emptiness, Holy Spirit of Great Radiance, Holy Spirit of Great Holiness.

In reality, there is the most supreme being who rules the time and space of the universe. This ruler of the universe is Sangjenim. Sanjenim is an anthropomorphic spirit. There is also the Creator who is the supreme being of light. Sanjenim is an anthropomorphic spirit. There is also the Creator who is the supreme being of light. These two beings are united into one, governing the time-space of the universe. The Creator, who is a being of light, is actually three. They are called Samsin or “Three Primal Spirits.” The Creator, who is a being of light, is actually three. They are called Samsin or “Three Primal Spirits.” These Creators are one with Sangjenim—God the Father of the universe. Together, they rule the universe. That is why Sangjenim is known as “Sangjenim Who Is One with Samsin” or “Samsin Sangjenim.”

Samsin, Three Primal Spirits, and Sangjenim Who Is One with Samsin or Samsin Sangjenim

Now, it’s crucial that we reclaim and understand two important words. One is ‘mangnyang.’ The other word involves a great transition that leads humanity to the mangnyang’s realm, of light. We must be extremely mindful of what is important to us as the world heaves with natural disasters, wars, terrorism, and so on. To overcome these catastrophes, we must gain a new eye, a new perspective, about the world. We must understand gaebyeok. This word is ‘gaebyeok’, which signifies the rebirth and renewal of nature, civilization, and humanity. In the West, they say that a transcendent deity created the universe. In the East, we believe that the time and space of the universe opened, following cosmic principles, following the principle of cosmic light.

The Cosmic One Year, 129,600 Calendar Years

According to the Eastern worldview, gaebyeok is essentially ‘one movement of yin, one movement of yang.’ The universe and everything in it, from the quantum realm to grains of sand, obey the movement of one yin and one yang. In short, this is dao one yin and one yang. Let’s return to gaebyeok. To understand gaebyeok, we must understand that time can be divided by yin and yang. Spring and summer are the time of yang. Autumn and winter are the time of yin. Like the four seasons in a year, there are four seasons in a cosmic year, which is about 130,000 years. Humanity lives during the 50,000 years of the cosmic spring and summer and the 50,000 years of the cosmic autumn before the Great Ice Age.

The cosmic year is also divided into the Early Heaven and the Later Heaven, the eras of cultivating and bringing fruition to humanity. Now, where are we in the context of the cosmic year? The cosmic summer is about to end, so we are facing the arrival of the cosmic autumn. We are living in an age of transition—the age of the Autumn Gaebyeok. As we experience the final days of autumn in October, we must bear in mind that a grand autumn. As we experience the final days of autumn in October, we must bear in mind that a grand autumn is approaching—the cosmic autumn. It is the time of maturation and harvest. It is the time of fruition. So, as humanity, we must bear fruit. We must succeed. To get there, we must open the civilization of the flower of cosmic light.

The bottom line is survival. The only way to survival, the best way to success is enlightenment.

Earlier, I spoke about humanity’s survival. The sole path to survival is enlightenment, for gaebyeok is fast approaching. As we approach the Autumn Gaebyeok, the world is heating up. This is because the world is at the end of the cosmic summer. As the world experiences climate change and environmental disasters, what is the core message? Disasters of disease will strike in the age of the Autumn Gaebyeok. We’ve experienced a major pandemic recently. But this is not the end. Smallpox will follow, which will strike the entire world. After that, another disaster of disease will strike, leading to the reunification of North and South Korea.

A major conflict is imminent, and seeking refuge is critical. About 67% of the world's population is coastal. These people live within 500 km from major bodies of water. About 2.4 billion people live in subduction zones. Ultimately, all 8 billion in the world must seek refuge. But no one can predict the next avalanche, the next explosion, the next war. Nobody knows when the next disaster will strike. So, what do we do? What can we do? We must open our spiritual eyes. We must open all of our seven eyes, ultimately our nine eyes. We can encounter the ultimate flower of light. Let us begin this wondrous journey.

As we approach the Autumn Gaebyeok, the world is heating up.

It is time to receive the Seollyeohwa.
First, a flower of white light will descend gently from heaven. Imagine receiving it into your body and dividing it into countless smaller and smaller flowers. Then, your inner world will be filled with flowers. It’s important to focus to the point of forgetting your ego, your existence. When you focus inward, imagining that you are one with the universe, the white flower inside your forehead will instantaneously divide into countless smaller and smaller flowers.

After a few minutes, imagine gathering and merging all the flowers in your limbs and torso into one. Merge this with the original white flower.

When you imagine placing the white flower atop your head, two flowers of red and blue light will descend and gently land on the white flower.

Now, insert the three flowers into your head.
Instantaneously, they will divide into countless smaller and smaller flowers. So small, they will enter your cells.

Again, gather and merge into one. Then, send the original flowers atop your head.
With your prayer, the flowers will transform into the Seollyeohwa.
This Seollyeohwa should be kept inside your upper danjeon (just inside your forehead).

Now, a flower of white light descends from above.

Starting at 19:00 min. in the above video clip

Imagine the flower of white light descending from heaven and gently landing on the crown of your head. Then, this flower enters your headLet us now chant a mantra and divide the flower into countless smaller flowers throughout your body.

Meditation of Dividing the Flower of White Light (Chanting Mantra)
Imagine dividing it into countless smaller and smaller flowers while chanting the mantra.

Bring together all the flowers in your body and send them to your head.
Merge them with the original flower, and then send this flower to the crown of your head.

We will receive two more flowers of red and blue light, which signify the water and fire energies or Taegeuk. The flowers of red and blue light are now descending from heaven, and they gently land on the white flower. Bring the three flowers into your head, and then divide them into smaller and smaller flowers.

Meditation of Dividing the Three Flowers of Light (Chanting Mantra)
Imagine dividing them into countless smaller and smaller flowers while chanting the mantra.

Bring these flowers from your limbs and torso, through your neck,
and gather them in your head. Merge them into one, which transforms into a single flower of white lightSome people can see this process.

With this Seollyeohwa, you can transform your body into a body of light and immortality. Seollyeohwa Meditation alleviates inflammation, for instance. If you have a severe toothache in the middle of the night, you can perform this meditation lying in bed.

The Seollyeohwa resides in the upper danjeon in your head. Make copies of this Seollyeohwa and plant them in aching parts of your body. For example, to reduce a headache, you can plant the original-sized flowers into your head. The Seollyeohwa is approximately 15cm wide and 13cm long. Amazingly, copies of the Seollyeohwa can be adjusted to fit inside any organ or cell in your body.

Let us now plant the Seollyeohwa into the ailing parts of our body. If you feel discomfort in your knee, plant a large Seollyeohwa into the kneecap. Use the power of your imagination. For beginners, plant the flowers carefully and slowly. The original Seollyeohwa is 13 cm long, but you can adjust the size with your thought. Plant the flowers as if you are inserting acupuncture needles. Since the lungs are large, plant large flowers in the upper and lower parts of each lobe. If you have heart problems, plant flowers in various parts of your heart. You can plant them on the walls of each ventricle and atrium.

After planting the Seollyeohwa flowers, divide them while chanting mantras.
Then, the sacred light of the countless flowers will rejuvenate the cells in your body.

There are three basic steps.

First, plant the flowers in your body and divide them.

Second, the flowers flash light everywhere.

Third, the light explodes throughout your body.

This explosion of light, like nuclear fusion inside the sun, signifies the yullyeo energy of healing. If you witness all that, you wouldn’t be able to sleep due to the excitement.

Now, let us do Seollyeohwa Meditation for about 5 minutes.
First, plant the flowers in your body that needs healing. Plant them in your head and chest. Particularly, in the early morning meditation, it’s good to plant the flowers throughout your entire body, especially your head, neck, limbs, and internal organs. You can plant them inside your whole body in just 2 to 3 minutes. Then, divide the flowers and let the light explode while chanting. With your eyes closed, locate your ailing parts and let the light explode there.

The Autumn Gaebyeok is approaching fast and it is unstoppable. We must prepare meticulously to overcome the trials and tribulations of gaebyeok. It’s important to view Sangsaeng Television Broadcasting (STB) to understand the age of the Autumn Gaebyeok. The construction of Sangsaeng World Center is currently in progress. The center will become a home for everyone wanting to learn about Jeung San Do’s teachings and meditation practice. We warmly welcome your interest and support.
