[多勿興邦歌]
神敎와 儒佛仙의 精髓 集大成

先去者爲法兮여 後來爲上이로다. 
爲法故로 不生不滅이오 爲上故로 無貴無賤이라.
人中天地爲一兮여 心與身이 卽本이로다. 
爲一故로 其虛其粗가 是同이오 
卽本故로 惟神惟物이 不二로다.
眞爲萬善之極致兮여 神主於一中이로다. 
極致故로 三眞歸一이오
一中故로 一神卽三이로다.
天上天下에 惟我自存兮여 多勿其興邦이로다.
自存故로 處無爲之事오 
興邦故로 行不言之敎라.
眞命之大生이 性通光明兮여 
入則孝하고 出則忠하라. 
光明故로 衆善을 無不奉行이오 
孝忠故로 諸惡을 一切莫作하라. 
惟民之所義는 乃國爲重兮여 
無國我何生고 國重故로 民有物而爲福이오
我生故로 國有魂而爲德이라.
魂之有生有覺有靈兮여 一神攸居之爲天宮이로다 
三魂故로 智生을 可以雙修오 
一神故로 形魂을 亦得俱衍이라.
俾我子孫으로 善爲邦兮여 
太白敎訓이 吾所師로다.

A song from the Goguryeo era that synthesized the essence of Spirit Teaching with that of Confucianism, Buddhism, and Immortalism

Those who came before us are the model, 
And we who came after are supreme, 
Their legacy, as the model, is without beginning or end, 
And we, supreme, know naught of aristocracy or baseness.
At the center of heaven and earth, humans become One, 
Our minds and bodies are the basis.
As One, emptiness and density are the same.
As the basis, God and all things are never two. 
Truth is the pinnacle of all virtue, 
And Samsin (“God of Three”) governs the One in the center.
As the pinnacle, the Three Truths return to One. 
As the One in the center, the One God is Samsin. 

Only I exist of my own accord in the heavens above and the earth below.
Upon recovering the ancient land, the nation rises.
Existing of my own accord, I accomplish without doing.
With the rise of the nation, edification transpires without words.
As True Life magnificently animates, innate nature communes with radiance.
Be loyal to your parents in the house and to the nation outside.
As your nature is radiant, practice all forms of virtue.
Maintain loyalty to your parents and the nation to refrain from all evil.
What is considered righteous by the people is the cherishing of the nation. 
Without the nation, I too cannot live. 
When the nation is cherished, the people will be blessed with all things.
Because I live, the nation has a soul and so is virtuous.

The soul contains the soul of life, the soul of awakening, and the soul of divinity.
The One God dwells in the Heavenly Palace. 
That there are three souls enables the cultivation of wisdom and life. 
That there is One God enables form and soul to expand in concert.
May our descendants govern the nation wisely, 
And may the teachings of great radiance be our guide!
May our sons and daughters never endure chaotic governance, 
And may we be their guide so the teachings forever inspire anew!
